4. MyDesign & AI Tools
If your service plan includes access to MyDesign or other AI-powered tools, please note:
- Lead and contact data entered into or captured by the CRM is stored in our secure database (Supabase)
- AI features may process message content to generate automated responses on your behalf
- Data stored in the CRM is accessible to authorized members of your team and Unveil Design staff for support purposes
- You retain ownership of your client and lead data; we act as a data processor on your behalf
- Upon cancellation of your service plan, you may request an export of your data before access is removed
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Wave Payments. When you submit payment information, it is handled directly by Wave in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store full card details on our systems.
