The Build Process
The 5-step process to digital perfection.
To get our websites to you, we use a 5-step build process that takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks. We clue you in through the entire process, through emails from our team and our MyDesign dashboard. If you have questions at any point during the build process, don’t hesitate to let us know. Our support team is standing by and ready to assist with any questions you may have.
Step 1: Discovery
When you decide to build a website with us, we’ll first have to lay the ground work to make sure your website matches your business’ identity and brand recognizability.
If you’re in our area, we’ll come to your business to gather some information. We do this to get an idea for the feel of your business, the people working there, and if applicable, take note of the materials and feel used in your business’ public areas. We want your website to feel like a customer just walked through the door, and that’s only possible by learning about the businesses we deal with.
If you’re not in our area, we’ll hold a Zoom call to get a better idea of what your business is like. We’ll ask some questions about what you want your business to present to a potential customer, and then we can begin the design process.
In this step, we ask for your cooperation to provide us with assets you’d like to use, such as logos and promotional material. We’ll integrate them into your site, and the more resources we have, the more personalized we can make your website.
Step 2: Design
After we’ve gotten a better feel for your business, we need to head to the drawing board. We take our findings and run through a few distinct ideas on how we could build your website. We discuss these ideas thoroughly, and when we find an idea we like, we run it through our proprietary AI marketing system to ensure it’ll perform as well as it looks.
This process usually takes about a week or so. It can take time to really nail down a top-performing and functional design, but we’ll send you email updates on the designs we’re looking at moving forward with. You’ll be able to provide your opinions, as well as help steer us in the right direction.

Step 3: The Build
Once we’ve designed and bounced a few ideas around, we begin to build your website. Our human designers work closely with our in-house AIs to make sure the website launches with a proper SEO & marketing strategy, keeping hiccups to a minimum and starting the SEO process.
The build itself is the longest step in our build process, often taking 2-4 weeks to complete a large website. We don’t want to leave you in the dark, so we’ll provide screenshots of under construction pages, inform you of build progress through your MyDesign dashboard, and keep you up to date through email.
We also ensure accessibility during this time. We use WordPress plugins that enable anyone to access your site, view the content safely, and get your message across effectively. We run SEO and security audits throughout the build process, and then a double-check at the end to make sure we got everything right. Then, it’s on to step 4: launch!
Step 4: The Launch
After we’ve spent our time designing and building, it’s finally time to launch your website. We ask for your cooperation to keep the launch effortless, such as updating any material you may have to include the web address, logos, and brand design (if changed.)
With cooperation and expertise from our team, your website should be live within hours of the build completion. We’ll hold a call to give a quick run-down of your new website, as well as make on the fly adjustments to your new site while you’re on the phone with us. Once everything is satisfactory to you, we can begin to maintain and support your website.
Step 5: Support
Congratulations, you’ve launched your new website! After your website is live, you can get some rest. The support process continues 24/7, where we will continue to monitor and change your website as needed. You’ll be able to view all of the changes we make to your website through our MyDesign dashboard, and we’ll regularly update you on how your website is performing and what changes we’re looking at making.
If you’d ever like to change your website at any time, we’re happy to do so. You can submit immediate website change requests in the MyDesign dashboard, or by emailing us at support@unveildesign.com.

Unveil Design retains ownership of the website while you’re an active client. If you ever decide to cancel your service plan, ownership transfers to you and you take the site with you. Your domain is always yours, and can be transferred to you if Unveil Design holds it.

What do I need to provide to get started?
